@da_dingBAT Thanks again for that! Yeah it's a grind for sure. I finished last season T1 and still had a week of weekly missions, so I did ok. This season...I don't know.

Be nice if they'd fix this issue though.

I pointed this same issue out in another thread. It ends up costing millions more in XP for Gold/Ultimate users because the BP XP cost increases every 10 points and we lose the first 40 points, but still have to pay the additional cost at the end

My season 1 T! badge was stuck on 1145 for weeks.. 5 point off the top.. can this be fixed?

And I'm saying this as someone who's missed out on limited time rewards before in Battlefield titles, waiting for "we'll let you know once we know more" and never heard back (e.g. BFV Open Beta rewards). Because so far this feels like it might be yet another repeat.

Good luck with this… you might be lucky and get a support representative awarding it, but wouldn't count on it. As mentioned, I've missed limited time awards in a similar way in the past (both BF1 and BFV) and never got them retroactively.

Did they marked this as solved again? Because it clearly isn't. I was robbed of my S1 badge.

@Sunlighthellyep, it's still bugged. I'm now S2 lvl48 and only 397 points. Using the portal trick doesn't work anymore, or it just gives me randomly 1 point per match instead of what I should have (almost finished the weekly and points didn't move an inch).
I think I shouldn't care at all and forget about it. What a shame...

edit : went up to Lvl57 yesterday and points only went up to 399...

Mine keeps getting stuck just like it did in Season 1. It's staying randomly stuck with Portal, AoW, and Weekly Mission XP. In Season 1 you could change game modes or do the weekly to get it unstuck but now in Season 2 not even the Weekly XP missions work, it just quits counting and randomly starts back up.

Exactly this is what I meant earlier, too.
In season 1 I stopped playing cause I never knew my current BP points and I don't have time to play endless hours.
@ DICE, I have a real life and I can't waste my time senselessly. So maybe I didn't made it to T1 for S1 mastery badge.
"Retroactively" will not help, then, and the alibi "we're on it" while even not fixed after months will not help, too.
Also I could say: if not got T1 for one season badge, you're losing interest in doing so for other season badges.

Especially when now again missing already >70 points and portal workaround isn't working any longer, too.

Really ridiculous when sometimes now even points in Battle Pass menu aren't updated immediately after a match.

Any update on this issue? Still a problem in Season 2. 

I've done all Weeklys so far. 5 x Weeklys = 250 points. 

I'm level 95 on the Badge...minus the 5 badge levels from Weeklys. 90 Badge levels = 900 points. 

I should be on 1150 points, enough for T1 badge level. 

My badge level says im only on 877 points.

If you are 95 then you have 950 battlepoints, no matter how you earned them, not 1150. So 877 is not that far off, but it is a shame that this is not fixed.

I'm Battle Pass rank 82 at the moment, 821 BP points minus 40 for free by "Gold Edition" should be 781 BP points earned. But the Season 2 mastery badge is saying 688 points since already 2 weeks. Doesn't matter what I'm playing, simply no progress at all.

But don't panic^^ we will get them retroactively ...in 2024 😂

No new update with me today.

But this is not forgotten and the team is working on the issue.

I am level 100 for the season. Tuesday before I started the weekly challenge I had 930 points. After completing the challenges Tuesday, I had 930 points. Today I had 937. I created a Rush passworded server so it would just be me. After 1 game, my points went up to 1075. I player another game and got 16 more points. Another and 0 points. Anyone that is short on points you should have, try hosting a server.

Thanks, but unfortunately it's not working always.

So you also can play 2 or 3 matches on any Full XP portal server, sometimes you're getting the missing points, sometimes you don't.

When and why you're getting BP points for the badge is a mystery, only DICE can solve. Yesterday my ones increased a little bit just by having done some weekly missions. Nevertheless still missing about 40 points and the badge counter got stuck again, now.

Yeah, I'm also missing exactly 40 points. I normally would have 896 right now, but it shows me 856.

Maybe it has something to do with the fact that we get 4 instant rewards at the begining of the battlepass:

4 rewards = 40 points.

Yep, if you're missing exactly 40 points, then it's the reward of 4 levels every season by Battle Pass of Gold/Ultimate Edition, etc.

(For the season badge only earned points by playing the game are counting, not rewarded or bought ones.)

But also in my case it's not the reason for missing points. Currently I'm missing about 60 (rewarded 40 points already included, so about 100 in summary) and playing portal server isn't updating the badge, too. Most of the times, the badge is just updating after finished another weekly mission, so next week, maybe^^

They're working on it ? Yeah, seems so ...and unfortunately making it even worse. At the moment sometimes also my points and rewards in Battle Pass menu are not updating correctly. Have to play 3 to 5 additional matches before getting the points and rewards in Battle Pass.

Is it really so hard for DICE developers to pass a value of a variable correctly ? 😳

I also had more points missing, but hosting a BF1942 conquest server on portal, got a few of my points back.

I am at level 89 with my battlepass right now, but still with 40 points missing... If I go to the battlepass page, where it shows you the rewards, it shows me 104: the 4 instant rewards and the other 100 which you earn by playing the game.

Level 100, done all the weeklys and still only had 930 points today. It seems to have updated today while playing Liquidator but still only went up to 1026 points. 

I should have over 1100 points. This issue is so stressful for trying to make sure we meet the season requirement to get to Tier 1 season badge. 

Ok, what really works is...

Host an official rush server on portal without any personal setup.
So nobody will join, choose any title like "just updating season badge" and write into description something like "please don't join, just updating season badge".
Then it takes less than 5 minutes to arm all the M-coms to finish the match and you will get all missing points for the season badge by doing so.

Nevertheless still astonished why this is working while playing normal servers does not effect progression of the season badge correctly. 🙈

Since Update 2.2 (2022-10-20) this workaround is not working for me any longer, too 😣
