Did almost all of the weekly yesterday evening except one. 0 point added to the season badge (it never really worked for me since a bit before the end of S1). Did the trick that works for me which is to start a solo/coop game. No need to play it, I can confirm that the points are instantly added to the badge as soon as you pass the countdown leading to the screen where you can see your specialist (don't even need to go to the spawn map, i can quit before it even appears, and points are there). All missing points are added instantly. Before the last update I was using the portal trick (launch portal featured game or host a server, then play some AOW), points were added a bit randomly and not fully. Portal/AOW trick doesn't work anymore for me, only the solo/coop one and it adds 100% of the points won between two solo/coop.

What I did exactly yesterday : played a few games of AOW, unlocked weekly + xp for a total of around 65 sub levels. 0 points added to the badge. Started a solo/coop BT. As soon as the countdown to match is gone and seeing the specialist splash screen I checked my badge points, missing 65 or so points were already added. Quit the solo/coop without even seeing the spawn screen. Points still there. Played an AOW game, won 1 xp. Not added to the badge. Started again a solo/coop BT, same thing than before. 1 point added to the badge.

Works every time for me, except a few days ago when you had a server crash (but nothing was really working this day...).

I finally got the tier 1 badge for season 2.

But unfortunately I can't say the same for the season 1 badge... My points for season 1 are still stuck.

Here's my record of points updated to last night....

I record my points at the start of each session, just in case there is a lag in updates between sessions.

In game points stopped after the start of week 8 and resumed again during week 9. Seemed to have updated the score earned over this time correctly. From then on score has kept up.

I have the full spreadsheet for the whole season if it is of any use to you. I'm very confident that I have missed out on around 100 points before this time, or to put it another way, two week's worth of mission points. I might be out by a few points where I've visited the loo between rounds and missed the screen at the end of the game, but certain that I've not earned less points than i have recorded.

PS, as geeky as this might be, I only decided to record my points because I felt that I missed-out in Season 1 and no-one seemed to understand how the points work. I'm going for T1 nevertheless and hopefully will get there, but you're making me work hard for something that I know I have already earned! I should have T2 already with only 34 points to get to T1 (next week's missions)

Petty I know, but just wanted to make the point that although we are grateful that things seem to be working now (well, for me at least), some of us have lost out over two seasons now.

I have been having point issues since S1 (lucky on the last day of the season it gave me the t3 t2 and t1 badges last season) I know that not everyone's s2 badge is working yet but I believe mine is on week 9 my points jumped from 700 to 950 then 960 to 990 in week 10 and finally this week they jumped all the way to 1114 and I believe that is the number I should be at it takes a few games but every session it seems my points update It lags quite heavily but does seem to be tracking somewhat correctly.

Still not working for me. I appear to be getting the experience points towards Season 2 badge, but none of the weekly mission points seem to count.

When I reached level 100 in Season 2 Progression, I was just starting week 10. and I was showing 911 points towards my badge at that point, it should have been just on 1,000 points. Since then I have fully completed week 10 and week 11, which are 59 points each. I have also completed exactly 70 experience points in that same period. That should have completed the Season 2 badge for me since with 1,188 points, however I am sitting on 1,094 towards my badge.

I've been trailing about 100 points behind what I should be for weeks (which is better than the 300 points I was behind earlier). It appears I'm getting the experience points added to my badge now, but almost none of the weekly achievement points for the last 2 weeks.

I play conquest mostly, but before posting this I played a couple of rounds in portal, solo, and hazard zone. Didn't make any difference.

Also note that I have not seen any (or very few) other mastery badges for a long time (weapons or vehicles). I was going for LATV4 mastery, but that's been stuck around 1500 somewhere for a month or two at least I think. I've given up even trying for any others.

If it matters, I'm a premium member (BF2042 gold edition), am at level S121, and also had open beta access.

Maybe with the double experience I'll get my Season 2 badge, but the problem persists. Had the same in Season 1 - had to earn a heap of additional points to get S1 mastery badge.

Maybe continue the double experience to the end of the season to help people catch up what they should have earned? Better yet, make it triple.

...and just came back to say I just earned 4 experience points, but only got 2 points towards the badge, which must mean the double experience does not count toward the Season 2 badge. Just to make it even harder to track. Brilliant. ..smh,

I can confirm that playing a solo game of BT works for me to add up the missing BP I gained by playing the weekly missions. So currently I am sitting at 1119. With one week of missions to go, I am confident to reach 1150 by the end of S2. 

Just get my level 100 and I'm at 944 pts.

Wasn't browser cache, I was hitting Ctrl+F5 to ignore the cache for that reason. I'm guessing some combination of characters was being misinterpreted and blocked. No idea. I had to rearrange my post multiple times before it took.

Regarding Season 2 badge progression, thanks, but I had already tried that, did not work. Tried again today - both solo and portal, no joy. I've spent the whole day grinding to get there. Added it all up - took around 130 extra points to complete the badge, which is pretty close to week 10 and week 11 achievements not counting at all. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯   - although some of those points were from the current 'double points weekend' so I'm not sure how they are counted toward the badge, from what I could tell, the bonus points were ignored as far as the badge went. 

Good luck to those still trying to complete this (or any other badges).

So EA denying me this t1 season badge again and not doing anything when I fill support tickets. This thing IS NOT COUNTING progress despite LIE that was spit by devs that it is. S1 was the same. Points were earned but not counted = no badge.

Ending week 11 with 1062 points with my record showing that I have earned 1134 points. So the truth is that I have 16 points to earn to reach T1 but the (Dice) reality is that I have 88 points to earn. I'll earn the 59 points available in the mission tomorrow night and probably another 5 XP points while I do that which gives me 24 points to earn until the season closes. At average 5 badge points per session that means I need to grind 5 more nights after Tuesday. Means I have to play every night with work in the morning and grandchildren staying over the weekend. Am I mad? Really? Why are you making me work so hard to get something I have already earned?

At the start of the season I reckoned on averaging 100 badge points a week to be sure I reach T1. My question is -  if I am still interested in having a go at Season 3, how many points per week do you recommend I need to set as a target to earn T1?

Lol, another season ending and no fix. After season ending no one will be able to get badge because points that were earned will not count towards progress, like it was with S1 T1. And EA support doing nothing, tickets get closed without any solution. According to VISUALS I Now have 1070 points, and 74 points to earn from missions, that results in 6 points left to complete badge. I will earn this points simply playing while completing missions for 74 points. When I inevitably not get badge after comopleting all missions what will be a solution?

EDIT: When I jumped into a round of breakthrough and checked points it now shows 1114 before completing anything. Still points for last season stay the same.

EDIT2: Completed 1 mission for 4 points, and now I am at 1115 points. STILL NOT WORKING.

EDIT3: Half the mission completed, 23 points eraned not counting points for just leveling badge is still at 1115. Can you hire me so I can FIX YOUR COUNTER?

What a sad state of affairs EA. Very sad...
