Re: Cache folder stuttering

I have the stutter issues as well...

I5-12600K
3080 OC
32G ram 3600Mhz
Samsung 850 SSD
MOBO Z-690 pro A
Corsair PSU HM750X

After work i will try your suggestions. I tried clearing cache from the BF folder, but the stutter came back after a couple of minutes (did not restart my pc tho). The weird thing is, the first 5 minutes of playing are always buttery smooth, after that the stutter begins (also a bit of FPS drop). Temps of my GPU / CPU are fine. CPU around 63 ish, GPU around 70 ish..

Things i tried:
Reinstalling BF2042
Reverse NVIDIA drivers
Restart router
Clear cache
Change RAM speeds
Underclock GPU
Disable overlays
Update windows
Enable XMP
Enhanced mouse pointer (on and off)
Adjust polling rate speed
Tried different power plans (balanced/high/ultra perfomance)
Enabled DX12 in documents
Run as administrator
Probably a lote more things i tried, cant even remember..

Such a shame... i actually enjoy BF2042, but the stutter makes it so less enjoyable..

    good morning
I solved my problem by installing the AMD recommended drivers.
    Clean driver installation
    Driver deletion with DDU

    Buongiorno......
Il cambio dei driver non ha risolto il problema.
Per non avere stuttering devo cancellare la cache
