Hi @H3LLH0UND0613 Just to rule out the simplest thing first, I take it you're on an Xbox One or playing the XB1 version on a Series console?

@ElliotLH yes I am playing it on the XB1 version on my XB1 console.
Apologies for the vagueness
- @H3LLH0UND0613 No worries - if you have the EA App as well you can try finding them there and blocking them. That should make them appear under "blocked players" in the in-game social menu. You can then send an EA friend request and unblock them.
We dont have the ea app
- @H3LLH0UND0613 It might be worth you both going through all the social settings, in-game and on the consoles, to make sure nothing is off there.
