Cannot create specific portal server using code

Hi, I have code for helicopter training. Server is not mine. It has been working always, till something breaks it, either updates or i dont know, that same issue was like 1 year ago. Could you pleas...

Hi,

Re-Saving server in portal site worked, servers back up. Case can be now closed. Thank you for help ElliotLH !
