Same here. Had it once before last patch, now everytime I enter and exit vehicle.
Mostly playing Hazard Zone and running with SWS-10 with extended barrel, 6x, heavy ammo and vertical front grip.

This is getting worse, every time now in HZ I get out of the vehicle it happens, makes the game pretty unplayable when you can't aim!
- @Sneakyofsneaks The only work around i found is to grab an ennemy weapon on the ground and then take back your weapons it fix your ability to aim , but if you exit a vehicle and it happen while ennemys are shooting at you unless they are very close you are screwed .
