Re: Can't start early access play with EA Play subscription

I have a similar issue, I got ea play 1 month membership last week to the 10 battlefield early access trial. The early access button is there on PlayStation store but when I click it I always get the same message “something went wrong” what am I missing I did have a pre order but I cancelled that after playing the bad beta. Is that what’s messing it up?
