Re: Connected accounts, lost al progress

I started with my EA account on pc, switched too Xbox soon after. Under my gamertag there is progress (quite extensive) on battlefield 4, one and V. I've played 2042 since the preorder trails. 

All of the content/ progression is missing right now, although it saved my control and game settings. I've thought about it and my guess is the recent  connection between my gamertag and EA account started a new sub file in my account, so my guess is disconnecting the gamertag from my account will give me back the progression I've made. 

I haven't checked yet what it means for my BF V progression, as that was even more extensive then 2042. 

In all previous games I've never had the question to connect accounts. And in the previous weeks on 2042 I haven't had the prompt come up either. 

Is there a way to restore some progression?
