Portal Servers Stuck

Summarize your bug: I have a portal server that is stuck. I can't shut it down and I can't host another experience until it is.
It consistently displays in my active hosted experience regardless of how I try to shut it down.
I try shutting it down from the host menu and it gives me an undefined error. I also cannot join the server from the host menu, I receive an unauthorized role error.
The only way I can actually join the server is to search it from the portal server list. Once I have logged in I have admin rights like I should. If I try to shut the server down, it tells me it's closed and all players were disconnected.
However, the server remains active and does not actually shut down. It's still displayed in my host menu as active, and is still joinable.
I need to be able to shut this down in order to host another experience..

How often does the bug occur? Every time!

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Review my portal server and account as displayed in the screenshot attached.

What happens when the bug occurs? I cannot shut down my experience to host a different experience.

What should be happening instead? The experience should shut down and it should show no active servers under the host menu, which will allow me to host a different experience.

An update. I went through and deleted every single experience I had saved in my account. It STILL shows the experience I had saved in the screen shot as active.

This server is stuck and for the life of me I CANNOT shut it down or get my host menu to stop displaying it as active.

The server browser list is also showing the server as still being up, even though the experience is completely deleted from my account.

I have a second account so I could host 2 experiences. The second account is xudcapyidn5 and the server hosted under that account is "NERDS WITH GUNS HAVEN 24/7" and it's doing the same thing on that account as well.

Your portal service is BROKEN. Please help with this as soon as possible. Thank you!

I've been having the same issue for days now. I was hoping the update today was a fix for it.

Also after taking a server down, when you try to join the server that the portal server list says is still active, you join a completely different server that isn't even related to my account.

This really needs to be reviewed.

Waited a while and the servers all disappeared. I thought maybe if i recreated them now things would be good.... NOPE! Back to the same issue. Can't join the server, can't shut down the server, nothing.

I've noticed that once you create a new experience, you can only join it once, when it's first hosted. Once you leave the server you can't rejoin the server. Trying to rejoin results in random errors. There's no rhyme or reason as to what error you're going to see either.

Yeah, I have had all those errors. You're not alone, its exactly what is happening to me. I do hope it gets fixed soon

I’m having all the same issues here I mainly use portal experiences and have three different ones I switch between conquest large breakthrough large and a rush one all set up to build exp. I was playing today fine no problem left my match and having the same exact problem as you are here keeps send me to someone else’s portal that isn’t mine and refuses to let me take down my own sever. I hope they fix this asap it’s quite annoying I can’t even enjoy my game anymore.
