Re: Crossplay turned off problems !
This is ridiculous. Just spent an hour waiting for players to join. No point even having the game, you can't play it.

Hi. I have BF2042 on ps5. I have not been able to get into any game for several days now. It gets stuck at the 'waiting for people to join' screen. After 5 minutes it just returns back to the main menu. No error code or anything. I believe this is unacceptable. Either you provide me with immediate assistance or give me a refund.

Same situation for me. PS5, US West Coast. I've been trying since 8am, it's now 12:24pm and not one match have I been able to get into. I even get a full team only for it to boot me back to the home screen after 5 mins of waiting. This has been ongoing for weeks for me.
I have the same problem on ps5, I already made hundreds of posts in the forum, I can't play since Nov 11 with CrossPlay turned off.
I tweeted about this in a response to an @BattlefieldComm tweet and an EA Help rep named Bruce started a thread with me. I was able to explain everything and passed on links from these forums to similar threads about this issue. https://twitter.com/lankyfranky/status/1470870628777402368?s=20
you know about the problem, I hope they fix it in the next patch.
