@1HPPPPP HJmmm there could be an hardware failure !
What motherboard , memory <-- what partnumbers ? and cpu ya got ?

Also do this an update me please:
Press Windows key + 'R' ,typ CMD
Press and hold down CTRL + SHIFT and press ENTER.
When User Account Control shows up, click Yes.
Use the following command lines, pressing Enter after each
(make sure you wait till each of the commands is executed properly):

sfc /scannow
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

Any errors after those commands ?

    @Rokebo73 你说的这些命令我都执行过，但是都没有用。我新安装的操作系统都不能解决这个问题。只能通过主板降低CPU频率才能解决.I have executed all the commands you mentioned, but none of them solved the error.None of my freshly installed new clean OS's solved the problem.It can only be solved by reducing the CPU frequency through the motherboard

    @1HPPPPP   Do this please and post the txt !

    Memory+Motherboard+bios check part specs

    Press Windows key + 'R' ,typ CMD

    Now enter this command:

    wmic /output:C:\mb_mem_bios_info.txt memorychip list full&wmic /append:C:\mb_mem_bios_info.txt baseboard get product, Manufacturer&wmic /append:C:\mb_mem_bios_info.txt bios get smbiosbiosversion

    At youre C: drive there is now a file called mb_mem_bios_info.txt post this file please !!!

    @1HPPPPP I got an issue with youre memory.
    Whaty brand of memory do ya got installed at youre motherboard ?

    did ya check memory qvl ?
    SAMNIX 32G*2 <-- is not supported at youre cpu / motherboard (yet)

    Ya need to test each ram module for failures !
    Get them out, and use only 1 module at ram bank A1 , test game , do a memory test also !
    Do this also for the second ram module !

    My advice !! Buy ram thats mentioned in the memory qvl


    You will see 4 pages with memory thats compatible with the cpu ya got installed !
    Buy only 1 batch (2 ram modules in 1 package), so for 32gb memory ya should use 2x 16gb or for 64gb ya should buy 2x 32gb.<-- in 1 package = same batch !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Installed at bank A2 and B2 for dual channel <-- more performance !!!

    Youre memory is probarly broken / fails and not compatible what could cause issues with XMP/EXPO settings as well !
