    Hi, problem occured again, no access to online features and Game (bf2042.exe doesnt work), ea app is update to latest version

    What can i do?

    It's seems like my games library dosnt loading correclty, i have also open a ticket on ea support, i cant play...

    @RonaldStarkk, I see, so you have an issue with your whole EA app not wanting to connect, and not only BF2042?

    @EA_Leeuw yes i confirm, all my games dosnt start, in the games icon there is a sort of grey clock, like in the attachement.

    @EA_Leeuw thanks for the help, i have resolved, the problem fix was terminate the process task EA backend service and then close ea app and re open
