If you go to solo mode, choose settings for whatever sub-mode you want to play, you can select the specific map you want to play (and the AI difficulty). If you select Exposure, it keeps you on Exposure - at least it did for me.

I don't know why your answer is marked as an accepted solution. I never accepted it as a solution because it's not a solution to the playlist working incorrectly. If I have to do an entirely different process to manually set up a solo match instead of simply clicking on the "Exposure Conquest 24/7" playlist, that isn't a solution to the problem of the playlist playing the wrong maps.
The playlist plays the wrong maps in solo/co-op.
