This new version of the EA app did absolutely nothing to fix the issue of the game loading up and working for me, please issue me a refund as I am tired of jumping through hoops trying to get your game to run.

Hello I brought the new bf recently. and strange thing it forced an update of the EA app even though I run it through steam. I have yet to play this game because it will refuse to load at all. I have done the app recovery you keep saying to do this this thread nothing at all. I have ran it as Admin, I have removed the cache files. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. I installed the old origin and let it update. Still nothing. I am starting to think that EA do not care as long as they get the money for the game. I have gone on youtube and gone though this thread and many others. Nothing works. It states it prepares the game. then just refreshes the EA app on the screen baring in mind I have not opened the EA app. I AM RUNNING THIS THROUGH STEAM!!!
If anyone at EA has an actual fix for this. that is not reinstall or any other stuff that is already posted on here please... write it out as if directing a 5 year old on how to do it.
