Have you tried the following :

Enable game mode on Windows.
Disable In-Game Overlays.
Update your graphics driver.
Enable hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling.
Verify the integrity of game files (for Steam users).
Clear the cache for the game.
Change in-game settings.

    The only thing that I believe resolutive this issue is the "Enable hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling" suggestion. I have done all the previous things before and was unsuccessful on enabling that feature.

    Good morning
    actually with the latest updates there is stuttering. The problem was solved some time ago but unfortunately it is present again and I assure you that disabling or enabling various functions is of no use
    Unfortunately the game is broken or there is something that doesn't work in windows definitely and I assure you it's not my hardware

    Same with me, too much stutterings after the implemetation of EA Anticheat system!

    @kamaleont_007 Similar boat. This issue appears to come and go at random. Ive tried everything. Drivers, deleting cache, dropping all settings to Low etc.

    What Graphics cards are you all on? Latest AMD drivers create big stuttering issues. I am working with AMD to investigate / resolve.

    I can runs smooth with older drivers Adrenaline released drivers (23.10.2) etc. but not the latest AMD WHQL

    Oh and force dx12 in your config file !

    Sapphire 7900xtx and 7950x graphics card
    server at 128 microstuttering, despite driver rollback, decreases but does not disappear. I think the latest Windows update also contributes to making things worse
    Some time ago I kindly asked to implement FSR in the game but unfortunately to no avail (we are AMD owners too)
    I hope in the near future this stuttering will disappear.
    after spending a lot of money we should have fun instead of trying to solve various problems
