Re: Framerate/Fps on PS5 after update #3.

@ARingdal  Could you try to power cycle the console and see if that helps.

Power cycle the PlayStation console

  1. Completely turn off the PlayStation by holding the power button.
  2. Wait for the power light to stop flashing, remove the power cable and leave the system for 20 minutes.
  3. Reconnect and attempt to launch Safe Mode.

  • @EA_Atic First of all, thanks for answering.

I’ve tried everything by this point. After installing the new patch and started up the game I noticed right away that something was different in the menus. You can clearly see that the framerate/fps has dropped on the animations on the specialists, when moving through the menus it’s more "input lag" (several posts on Twitter confirmes this problem). Everything looks like it’s 30fps vs 60fps before the update (Ingame it’s still 60 fps.) All skins, loadouts, vehicle loadouts etc has been reset 4 times now and it’s frustrating to set it all back up again (this is also a known problem).

I know you are aware of the connection problems and it seems like this has something to do with all the loadout/vehicles resetting time after time.

Can you please make a report so someone can look into this? A lot of posts on Twitter, Reddit etc confirmes these problems and I don’t know if the devs are aware of this. It’s kinda boring to see one of my favourite franchises since BF1942 turning into this mess.

    Thanks again!

  • @EA_Atic Did you read my reply? I just found another issue as well. After I spawn in one of my squadmates vehicles and then exit, I can’t zoom in with my weapon or use my gear.

  • @ARingdal Thats a known issue yet to be fixed , one patch at a time

Can confirm OP correct about menu frames since update though

  • HI I have the same thing on PS5 but there are more serious issues

Loadout bug, Unable to move, Unable to ADS, die because of nothing, Rubberbanding ... Please fix this game.
