hi, from your DxDiag I see that there are a series of problems with the software installed, if it is an HP PC SECOCL64.exe is one of the problems, I would start from there. Good luck.

Yeah, the Diagnostics section of the DXDIAG report shows multiple issues @blue3030. You will want to look into getting those resolved.
Also, make sure your laptop isn't using onboard graphics for the game. You need to make sure the game is using the 4050.
