@EA_Illium Yes, everything is up to date. I've gone through every conceivable fix with EA tech support and they are stumped. I've gone through this forum and it seems plenty of people have the same problem since season 6 came out.

    this is definitly a fault from your end ea, everybody has the same problem and you guys just cant seem to fix it, its been going on for years
