Re: Getting disconnected while playing !

Hello there!

My advice for fixing this error is to double-check that your device is connected to the internet. As long as it is, restart the game and try to trigger it to reconnect to EA’s servers from scratch.

Occasionally this seemed to work for me, but it could also have been that the server link was restored while restarting the game. As always, keep an eye on the game’s official Twitter account for known issues and alerts.

With kind regards,

Timmie.

@XSV_NiTEMARE , belive me ! i tried everything ! all it needs now is a reinstall of OS , but i`m sure that the OS is fine ! Everything is updated ! Latest drivers ! And regarding what you said , double-checking if my device is connected to internet, i do that everytime i get the error ! And yes , it is connected to the internet !
  • @EA_Atic, i tried everything ! The only thing i didn't tried is to change the format of the date . But in rest,

    Use a wired connection

     A: I do use a wired connection !

    Move your router

A: There is no point in moving the router since i`m using a wired connection !

    Other things to check

The speed of your internet connection is no guarantee that it’s stable. Fast and unstable connections can cause as many problems as slow, steady ones.
A: The speed of my internet connection is stable. Look at the reply in both google's DNS servers!!!! And the last picture, that's my bandwith !

I got 42 ms ping constant in any game i enter. Rarely i have seen ping above 42 . One time i had 49 ms , but it was for a very short period of time

I will try to change the format of the date . Currently it is mm/dd/yyyy .
