Mate this has happened to me in the past and it's happening again since 1/11/24 how frustrating it is I checked out Reddit and the same issue has been happening for 2 yrs now for a lot of gamer's Ive tried EA help have been sent round in circles back to EA help which is even more frustrating they dont make it easy for us just to send a simple message
