- Flakstar3 years agoSeasoned VeteranFake fix, user.cfg is never been parsed in by the game exe. Check the values you set in cfg file with ingame dev console and you ll see no value will be set from the user.cfg.
- direct3r3 years agoSeasoned Ace@Flakstar this was my initial thought also and I checked this, but for whatever reason it works for me reproducable , going in on breakthrough 128 players without the user.cfg -> >95% cpu usage , puttin my user.cfg in ~70% , and for the first it's usually unplayable as it's lagging HEAVILY...
one thing I noticed , processor count is getting changed, it's usually -1 , where in the user.cfg is 8 for my case, and ingame it's correct.
jobthreadpriority is also -1 without and 0 with.
one of them seems to be an BIG issue and something is not correctly picked up (as I think -1 means something like "find it out and set to max")
@Karatedoener : no, issue was the same with both - Flakstar3 years agoSeasoned Veteran@direct3r 0 effects here. CPU max thread, CPU overall usage, temperatures, power draw and boost are unaffected.
