If anyone has access to a Logitech g-hub or other system that allows you to key bind to your mouse, you can still rebind in the keyboard settings of battlefield. 

go to your battlefield key bindings and mark your unused keys to whatever you are trying to use in the mouse column, but do it in your key column with something like an up arrow. 

then go to your Logitech app or other platform and bind that key (up arrow) to the mouse.

It sucks, but it works.
