Re: How do I turn off chat text to speech?

I've tried that even and in documents there is NOTHING there. Like absolutely NOTHING at all. And tried looking in the steamapps route. Didn't find settings file. And the only option in game that says text to speech at all says it converts incoming voice chat to text. And that doesn't seem to affect this issue at all; obvious but still.
