Hello, I would like to appeal my Battlefield 6 ban but the appeal system is not working for me. Every time I try to submit it, I get the message “We ran into a problem” and can’t continue.

I was permanently banned on the night of November 6th after downloading some files to test and overclock my new controller. The files I downloaded were:

XInputTest_Portable_v1.2.0.0.zip

XInputTest-master.zip

Polling-main.zip

hidusbf-master.zip

I know these files caused the ban because when I created a new account, I got flagged immediately after running the game, but once I deleted all of them, I created three new accounts and have been playing for two days without any issue.

I never used cheats or any software to gain an unfair advantage — I only used these tools to test my controller’s polling rate and response time. Please review my case, as I believe the ban was triggered by these testing files.
