The other option I've seen is to go to:
My Documents > Battlefield 2042 > Settings, and you'll see a file or two named PROFSAVE.
Delete both of those and boot BF back up. Any custom settings get reset but might help.
- @🤭Bulletsponge Looks like that did it. I had two files named PROFSAVE. Likely a clash of the two files caused the issue.
