When I launch the game, the game and my browser take like 9GB ram

As I start playing the ram increases to 10gb , then 11gb then on the next round it will go 12gb etc until it goes about 15gb at which point I force Razer cortext to clean up the ram and free up 3-4 gb.

Is there a chance that BF2042 is holding on some excess RAM for things that it does not need to? I think we had a similar issue in BFV too at some point

Do we have another case of memory leaks then? I would rather not buy 16more gb already

I think this is a matter of it filling up memory indefinitely. I have 32 gb and it uses all of it after a while. Its a problem with the coding. Won't help if you buy more ram.
