I'm having the same issue, I am rank 10 on the battle pass with premium active. Lis is still locked. Please fix this asap I'm on the XBox Series X and profile is Circus Butter.
My battle pass is broken too it shows I'm lol 11 but can't use the new specialist but every thing g that I've unlocked since them still works. Before I even played a single match when the pass came out it already showed me at pass lvl 4 so not sure what the problem is

Yeah I am having the same issue on PS5 so its not just on one console its a Battlefield problem

I spent two hours with Live chat on EA help and they couldn't help me get it fixed but they did say that it kept showing me as not having the Battlepass and me only being Level 3 even though I have the Battlepass (Having come with the Gold Edition) and I am level 12. They had asked me to wait twenty four hours but I wanted to know was there any progress?
Had the exact same response after 1hr+. They originally dismissed me entirely, and I had to explain that this is a known issue, and that the 'Known Issues' page tells us to get in touch. Another 40 min later or so, they checked my account, said I don't have a battlepass (I provided screenshots, have it through Gold Edition and was level 17 in BP already). They simply said there's nothing they can do and to wait. What's the point of telling us to contact support if it's a non-individual issue they can fix/enable the content for us?

SOLVED REALLY , I'M NOW TIER 18 AND LIS STILL LOCKED , I'M A PRE ORDER PREMIUM MEMBER , OTHER PLAYERS ARE SEEN PLAYING LIS WHAT IS THE ISSUE .

I have Lis unlocked, but I don't have either of the new choppers unlocked and I am tier 15. I do have an open ticket but haven't seen much movement on it after the initial response.

When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) this has been happening since the battle pass release on the 9th of June.
Summarize your bug I am currently level 15 on the battle pass. Premium is indicated as active in the top right of the screen. I have no access to the instant premium rewards. These are not unlocked in the collections and are therefore unusable. Rewards for level 1 to 4 are also indicated as unlocked but cannot be used, this includes the new specialist Lis.
Premium and free rewards from level 5 onwards are all accessible and function as intended.
As per previous posts I have ranked up in game several times and the content has still not unlocked.
I have the ultimate editio PSN which includes the season pass.It should also be noted that I was logged in and playing the game before the season started. After I managed to login to a game I was eventually booted due to the persistence error. However when leaving the lobby I notic3d that my battle pass was indicting level 3 or level 4 and I had never actually played a match.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

What should be happening instead? Content should be available to use. - METAL0VER3 years agoSeasoned Rookie@RaedtheAwesome are they making fun of us ? Every reward that I have progress during the launch day is locked both premium and free including Lis and so on and EA support can't do anything about it I have already attempt to contact them.

@EA_Atic Just contacted support and they are unable to help me out. I'm still missing the Zero hour skins, premium battlepass and the including unlocks like Lis. Played a bunch of hours but still haven't received anything. Also contacted support but they said there is nothing they can do about it even tho I read on the forums they can unlock Lis for you. What am I supposed to do now? Just wait?
