When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) this has been happening since the battle pass release on the 9th of June.
Summarize your bug I am currently level 15 on the battle pass. Premium is indicated as active in the top right of the screen. I have no access to the instant premium rewards. These are not unlocked in the collections and are therefore unusable. Rewards for level 1 to 4 are also indicated as unlocked but cannot be used, this includes the new specialist Lis.
Premium and free rewards from level 5 onwards are all accessible and function as intended.
As per previous posts I have ranked up in game several times and the content has still not unlocked.
I have the ultimate editio PSN which includes the season pass.
It should also be noted that I was logged in and playing the game before the season started. After I managed to login to a game I was eventually booted due to the persistence error. However when leaving the lobby I notic3d that my battle pass was indicting level 3 or level 4 and I had never actually played a match.
