@lNTERACTiVE Me too, my Lisa and the pass skin that the premium version of the premium version gave me can't use it

@EA_Leeuw The marked solution literally didn't affect anything. My first 7 Tiers are "unlocked" but still locked. Then 8-16 is fine. And now 17th Tier didn't unlock and 18+ did? I'm at a loss for words. Preordered this game for $150 and early week launch and been playing everyday for a solid 8 months now and now I'm not allowed to use stuff I paid for. Still never got the Steadfast bundle either. Support literally does nothing to help. Not angry but just feel a little betrayed at this point. - VenRez 19 year BF Vet.

@VenRezz I have the same problem currently level 17, and 7; 11 and 12 is locked for me, was so hyped for the new heli, and now i always need to gamble to get in the russian team since i cant use the US heli... i wrote to the support, but as all said, they cant do anything, they even told me they dont even know that its happening (i mean no wonder, they are not the bf dev´s). I already wondered how the ea support should unlock something from your season pass, they can only check if you have licenses for the game or season pass nothing more.
