Hi everyone,
As part of Update 4.0 we have included a fix for the most common cause of the empty Loadout screen bug. We've since been monitoring the frequency of this bug via our tools, and we're happy to report that we've resolved the majority of occurrences.
We did find another very rare occurrence of this issue. However, it is infrequent and our expectation is that the majority of you will not experience it. We're targeting a fix for that in a future update.
Lastly, we'd like to say a big thank you for your reports and patience while we've worked to resolve the different bugs that could cause your Loadout to be empty.
EA_AticWith the latest patches, we have done several fixes and see the original issue as solved.
If you do come across this issue again please make a new topic about the issues with as much detail as possible.
