Did ya already install the latest system drivers and also gpu driver ?
made sure bios is update ?

Yes, updated everything. From BIOS to Nvidia drivers to windows updates. Attached you find the dxdiag

Okay, Absolutely insane but I fixed it by unplugging my Nacon BT receiver from my controller! Insane that something like that fixes it.

Had the same problem, and fixed it by unplugging my arcade stick. It uses a standard Microsoft driver
