Low GPU and CPU utilization, BF2042 running in 2FPS

Very low CPU and GPU utilization on bf 2042. So my pc has a 6900xt and a 3700x, but for some reason my BF2042 runs at a max of 2 FPS. This happens both in the menu's and in-game. My AMD overlay show...

Had the same problem, and fixed it by unplugging my arcade stick. It uses a standard Microsoft driver

@Rokebo73 I somehow fixed it before. Now a couple months laters, sold my PC and build a new one from the ground up (all new parts) and I have the EXACT same problem...

@Ypelaar popst a dxdiag from new system
Did ya already install the latest system drivers and also gpu driver ?
made sure bios is update ?

Yes, updated everything. From BIOS to Nvidia drivers to windows updates. Attached you find the dxdiag

Okay, Absolutely insane but I fixed it by unplugging my Nacon BT receiver from my controller! Insane that something like that fixes it.

@Ypelaar Does it need a custom driver or uses it a standard Microsoft one
