@MrsuperShooter Could you try to power cycle the console and see if that helps.

Completely turn off the PlayStation by holding the power button.
Wait for the power light to stop flashing, remove the power cable and leave the system for 20 minutes.
Reconnect and attempt to launch Safe Mode.

This is happening now for me on PS5.

Are there any additional steps to take once the the device is in safe mode? It’s been like this for 3 weeks now and I’ve been unable to play any type of match.
