And do you have tritanopia enabled all the time, by any chance?

Minimap still blinking for me. It looks like I have two states, either no enemy is visible on the minimap, or nothing is visible on the minimap. I understand Blasco can block some spots, but it is hard to believe that the all enemies are protected by Blasco while we are fighting at an objective. 

Then it blinks and the entire minimap goes blank. This is not the Blasco jamming effect, the minimap is just blank.

This never occurred until this season (when Blasco was released).
