Re: No friends online in battlefield 2042

Both of us can connect to public servers by choosing game modes "capture", "breakthrough", etc.
And we see other players.
The only problem is that we can't do it together in a party.

When we try to add each other through the social tab in Battlefield 2042 by EA ID,
the EA launcher overlay opens with the friend's profile and shows that I already have it added.
Inside the game, he is still not online.

By the way, yesterday we tried to play battlefield V, there is exactly the same problem.

I have the same problem. This problem started after installing EA play i had no problems in origin/ battlefield before that. I cant see friends in social tab ingame but my friends can see me. I can play online etc and my friends can join my party. I think this problem has to do with ea play because it reports that there is no connection in the top right. This turns to no connection a few seconds after connecting. To make this point clear: it connects fine (green checker and store promo etc) but after 30 secs it goes to no connection. Sometimes it goes back to connected a few minutes then it says no connection again and repeat.

i have solved this problem: it was spybot search and destroy anitvirus (i uninstalled it)

But, if i don't have that antivirus? i try everthing and sitll dont work the social section
