Thanks for the quick response.

I can't get the 'print screen' option to work in bf2042 and from what i'm reading there isn't a standard option for screenshots. So if you could tell me how to get a screen shot i'll do that but you should be aware that the screenshots will be identical because none of the kills are counting towards the gun mastery, same with specialist and gadgets. For example healing or reviving with falck the levels don't change, shooting with guns the levels don't change. It's been going since season two as i stated in my first comment and i've just come to terms with the fact that i won't be able to level anything up, which is a little annoying.

    @Wwizlock I play on console which uses a built-in DVR, but I believe that there are ones available for PC through Nvidia and Windows.

    Since this doesn't appear to be a widespread problem, it could be an account issue. Have you tried speaking with EA Help?

    Thanks again for the info, i haven't contacted EA help yet because when i was searching for answers there were a lot of posts on the forums about people having the same issue but some of them were only having problems with certain guns or certain specialists, i couldn't find any posts where it affected all guns and all specialists and that's why i posted i thought maybe those people may have gotten a solution that may work for me as well.
