@DJTRAVGAMING, no, it's unfortunately not possible to transfer a Steam purchase over to Origin, I am afraid.
The issue itself is indeed odd. I will see if someone from the team might know what could be causing this. Will you also maybe be able to add a DxDiag to your message, please?
dang ok well even if we can somehow get the game to ever work again on steam that would be amazing because im running out of time on the trial just to keep playing it and i really don't want to spend 60$ again to buy a second time as i don't have the money but here is my dx diag report

@DJTRAVGAMING, hmm, I indeed see quite a few error from Origin that could potentially be causing this issue when you launch the game from Steam.
Have you already tried to completely remove Origin from your system and perform a fresh install?
Like this?
- Manually uninstall Origin: https://help.ea.com/help/origin/origin/manually-uninstalling-origin/#hard-way,
- Run CCleaner: http://help.ea.com/article/how-to-use-ccleaner-to-fix-pc-issues/,
- Restart your machine,
- Install Origin again: https://www.origin.com/download. yep i have uninstalled origin 5 times and reinstalled the game 5 times and even let the game install origin its self but nothing worked restarted the computer to nothing for me im surprised it shows origin having issues other then my friends list on it never works from the start as it would never refresh unless i was to restart the program and ive tryed to ask for a refund 2 times on steam and they wont refund it because ive played more then 2 hours and i only have 4 hours on it even tho the 3 hours out of the 4 is mainly sitting on a black screen and i cant get anyone to help me with a refund of it so i can just go buy it on origin
i ran cc cleaner and that did not work but after doing that stuff im gona put in a updated dx diag for after running cc cleaner
after the new update that came out my game is still broken and ive tryed with steam to get a refund but they wont because they claim ive played longer then 2 hours when i have 4 hours but 3 of the hours has been the game broken so when the game was working i had only 1 hour on the game its self so this is kinda stupid on how or why the game wont work at all on steam but yet works flawlessly on origin or ea play i was hoping steam would refund me so i can use that money to just buy the game again but im gona end up having to put another 60$ in the game just to play it its kinda lame unless any ea devs know why im having this issues i would like all the help i can get because im just so clueless at this point ive installed so much software to just fix 1 game and its went no where

@DJTRAVGAMING, have you overclocked your PC by any chance? Like either the CPU, GPU or Memory? as i know of cpu is but only factory over clock nothing that i had to do physical things to i can turn it off but doubt it will do anything
ok i turned off all the over clocks and even factory reset the bios completely to defaults and yet the game still wont open dose the exact same thing.

@DJTRAVGAMING, have you checked if there's an update available for your BIOS? yes im at the latest there has not been any new updates for about a year now

@DJTRAVGAMING, I see. Hmm, in that case I am afraid that it could very well be a Windows 11 issue.
Taking an extra look at your DxDiag I can also see that you have a BF2042 Trial. Could it be that you still have this one installed as well? Or is this the one from Origin?
