Re: PC Black screen on launch of game

After the most recent update 2042 would freeze on a black screen after launching. Many others have had this issue and mentioned uninstalling and reinstalling the game would resolve this issue. I uninstalled the game, but when I go to re-download in the EA app, the download doesn't initialize, it doesn't do anything. Nothing is showing up in the download manager. If I restart the EA app, I am prompted to start the download the game again.

Suggetions?
