Hi guys. Is the problem solved after throubleshooting through the Dm? Grtz

    Hey @thekingmc,

    As you can see from my message here, the troubleshooting step that we are discussing via DM never was meant to fix the issue. It is to help us understand what could be causing this issue that is impacting some players, which will hopefully help the teams to develop a permanent fix.

    I'm so sick of this. After one month of owning this game on origin i havnt played at all. Game just doesnt start. It's only a blackscreen on startup. 

    12600kr processor with 1080ti GPU

    @Undesired_HeroEA surely know how to make people angry, thats for sure, me included. I have given up. I was monitoring this thread every day before. now i check it once every week and still no progress.

    There is no other game company as greedy as EA out there, buying game companys, putting out broken games and destroying each franchise they are buying. I wish i could buy dice myself to restore their glory, this is not their fault.

    The only thing EA care about is going for max profit.

  • @thekingmc seems like people have given up caring. I for one still want to play it or give me my money back. I have never experienced anything like this where you pay for a game and it does not work. Normal rules are that you get a refund. That is the case in Australia.

    While I deeply regret that some players are experiencing this strange issue of a black screen on the launch of the game, as you can see from this thread and the pinned comment on the 1st page, we are actively troubleshooting this issue with affected players.

    If you are also (still?) affected by the issue, I recommend reading a couple of pages back to see my message about another step in the troubleshooting process.

    Unfortunately, not all issues can be 100% replicated and therefore need troubleshooting to understand what the cause of the issue is for the affected player(s), so hopefully a solution (either player side or game itself) can be made.

    @EA_Leeuw Im sorry to say that but you guys are not fixing anything it's been 2 months and 4 updates we are still not able to play the game. Im getting really really tired of this bug. You keep telling that you guys are working on some fixes for that but no patch comes out. I understand that it was Christmas and it's going to be New Year eve but i expect to have a patch in the next 2 or 3 weeks that FIX this annoying bug.
    It`s the first time that a Battlefield do that to me and im playing the Battlefield series since Battlefield 2.

    It looks like the message that I posted previously is also applicable to you.
    If you are also (still?) affected by the issue, I recommend reading a couple of pages back to see my message about another step in the troubleshooting process.

    You even responded and sent me a DM straight away, I sent you a reply with the steps, but unfortunately, you haven't replied back yet.

    If you would like to contribute to the investigation of the issue that is affecting some players, it's highly appreciated that you respond in this thread, otherwise it counts as off-topic/non-constructive posting I am afraid.
