I shouldn't have to get a new SSD just for one game. Warzone 2, released months ago, with a map over ten times the size of Orbital, along with AI crawling all over the place in DMZ, runs just fine off my hard drive. I'd have left this thread marked as unsolved if it wasn't for EA doing it for me despite me putting "solved" in quotes to indicate that it's no proper solution.
