  • @EA_Atic Why a new topic? He's having the same issue :D same screenshot as mine in the bug report.

Which part of the game is the issue happening in? Game Menu
In which game menu were you when the bug occurred? Portal Website and Ingame portal host your own experiences
    Please select your region Europe
On which server did this happen? Portal Website and Ingame portal host your own experiences
    When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) 20.10.22 13.00
Summarize your bug On the portal website it says: Unable to retreive your Experiences. All my experiences ingame are gone as well. I'm logged in as usual. Logged out and logged back in, but still they're all gone.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Log in to the Portal website with an account (from the Netherlands) and see if it happens as well. Or check my profile on the backend to see if something's wrong.
What happens when the bug occurs? No previously created Portal experiences are visible. "Unable to retrieve your Experiences"
What should be happening instead? All my experiences should be visible and be able to host

    Screenshot is attached.

  • I made a new topic with a screenshot attached. But hearing from people on Discord it's happening to a lot of people.

  • Update on locations:

    Working:

    India, France, Italy

    Not working:

    UK, Germany, Netherlands, Australia

  • This can't be region specific. I have 2 friends from South Africa which are able to see their experiences but I (Also from South Africa) get the following error: "Zathura call failed: RESOURCE_EXHAUSTED: gRPC message exceeds maximum size 4194304: 8495096". Seems like gRPC is not correctly configured.

  • Ok, apparently not location related, but account wise. Newly created ea accounts seem to work flawlessly from the same location and machine.

Didn't hear anything so far, but as some of the announced things of update 2.2 are missing, I'm expecting a bigger fix and therefore taking some time.
