Best workaround I got so far:

Steam: Enable Default Controller Settings

Game Settings (Mouse/Keyboard): Disable Mouse Raw Input

While the inputs don´t feel as smooth as in the beta with all steam input disabled, at least the up/down snaps are gone, and the aim is not stuck to the ground

     this has worked. I just need the controller to feel more snappy

    @Bonjur250 Yep this works for me and I'm using an Xbox Controller. Thanks for the fix, man! Crazy how this is still an issue
