This can be caused by a mismatch in a specific setting between your console and your TV

On your LG CX (nice BTW), go to the settings, Advanced, Brightness, Black Level.

The equivalent on PS5 is this: 

Whether you choose limited or full on the TV and console is a personal preference but the issue arises when these do not match. 

Choose limited, full or auto on the TV and console. Thanks.
