My mouse works in menus but not in game

I’ve been trying to grind out the new bf6 skins in 2042 but when I join a match my soldier locks his vision to one point. Sometimes if I move my mouse enough his vision will look directly up. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the game, I’ve updated graphics and hardware drivers, I’ve uninstalled background apps, I’ve reset my setting in game and manually out of game … nothing seems to work. I’m really getting frustrated. All I really want is the skins for battlefield 6. The new map sounds cool but battlefield 2042 seems to always be a disappointment. Please help.
