I had a feedback regarding grenades on PS and Xbox. 

I wrote down this too on Battlefield facebook groups. A lot of people liked this post.

“A tip might be useful.

So the original battlefield games, all had L1 or the LB button for grenades. Since the introduction of attachments, the L1 button has been assigned to attachments and the the d-pad up button has been assigned to grenades.

Personally, I think during a firefight, I would want to throw a grenade as fast possible like the earlier games to win the fight.

I tried changing the controllers to custom. Head over to options click Controller. Then click controller schemes. Click soldier controls. Change that to custom.

Then I headed over to controller mapping swap the L1 button with the D-pad up button.

I checked this in a game. I realised it only selects the grenade when L1 is pressed. To throw the grenade you will have to press R2. Unlike the previous battlefield games you just needed to press L1 and it will throw the grenade.

This still affects the gameplay in intense situations. So head back over to options, go to controller. Then head over to On foot. Scroll down, you will see this option for Quick throw grenades. Switch it on.

It does exactly what the previous battlefield games did. But the drawback of this is, if you have 2 grenades, it would throw both of them.

This I think Dice needs to look into.
