Re: Removed from game player disconnected time out

I did a full uninstall / install the game but didn't fix the issue but anyway this started after the last update before that didn't have any problems with the game. My internet connection is solid. I play on PC AMD Ryzen 5800x with rtx 3070 and 32 gb of ram I am getting like 150-170 fps at medium/hight settings. Also I deleted the cache folder at documents but no luck. For example I join a breakthrough game, everything goes smoothly and suddenly the game crushing with a message that says player removed from game player disconnected time out. Then if I try to join another breakthrough game I get a msg that says matchmaking error. I must start a conquest game, then cancel before the game starts and go back to breakthrough or I have to restart the game. It is very annoying. Its random it may happen 2 or 3 times in a row and after everything going back to normal.

That's a screenshot I found on internet it's not mine but it's the same error message I am getting.

    @AtomicGR Any security software that block youre connectyion ?
    Malware/spyware software >? viruscanner , firewall ?

    Try a cleanboot and test game again:
    Cleanboot / Msconfig

    reboot pc by a clean boot:

    Hide all Microsoft services, DISABLE (uncheck) ALL other processes, apps and services !

    Cleanboot is just a one time clean boot ! Next reboot all will be reset and a normal boot will be occure.
    Use msconfig to disable apps permanent each for new reboot.
    DISABLE ALL other processes, apps and services from booting with windows, check instructions below:
    Use the keyboard shortcut “Windows Key + R” and the “Run” window will open.
    In the text box, typ MSCONFIG and press Enter or OK and the MsConfig window will open".
    Select the tab STARTUP (select OPEN TASK MANAGER), and disable apps/programs by right click at them!
    Those disabled apps will no longer boot with Windows , till ya set them enabled again !

    Update us after ya test game with cleanboot !

    This has been my problem this week too. Today I made more of an effort to fix since I eally wanted to play.

    I checked Windows 10 security and firewall to see if it was blocking the game. Everything else I play is fine but I still checked to see that my internet ping and speed were fine. I cleared the cache and repaired game in the app options. My system handles high end graphics but I tried dropping everything to low. I also tried out several different game modes since I mostly do conquest. I did go to msconfig to see my start ups. I always have kept the minimum enabled so it was quick to check that and all non MS services.

    I worked with this about 2 hours but never lasted more than 5 minutes (approximately) a match before I would be timed out and this started about a little less than a week from today.

    Not even mad just bummed out because this game ended up being way more fun than I expected.

  • I am still having the same issue. Solid ethernet/wired connection. Firewall/Defender completely open for EA App and Game, game reinstalled and still having the same issue.I can't play more than 2 -4 minutes.

  • @Rokebo73 Thank you for your suggestions, and I apologize for my late response, honestly I did a small break from the game , a couple of days ago I did a clean install of windows , so far no errors but I haven't play a lot just 2 or 3 rounds. But now all of the sudden I get high CPU usage.. Before usually I was around 45-60% usage and now is around 75-85% and sometimes spikes to 95-100% usage.. my CPU is AMD 5800x 8 core 16 threats paired with 32 gb 3200 MHz ram and rtx 3070? All the other games I play ( cod mw , apex legends) are absolutely fine. As for my startup programs I have enable only the realtek audio and the windows security that's all.
