Please...don't even...you know how long it's been a problem and its way longer than these posts...(Restrains and try's to be constructive)
Please let us know what the issue is and if it will cure the issue on older hardware also.
I have a mate will an older computer and he has been plagued with the issue since 1.0
My new hardware stopped the issue (almost) completely until 6.0 and like others it is happening every few rounds, but only at the end of round.

Thanks for the post but yeah this issue is really old and...like REALLY OLD.
It was in the game from the beginning but got worst with S6.
The main problem is character loading and map loading. Textures lot of times blurry and thats why its not loading in anything.
I think the main focus should be some performance improvement.
And no its not hardware issue cause lot of players are facing this with baller top PCs.
Also the servers are not up to date and lot of times we are experiencing latency issues.
Again thank you for working on it, but it needs more attention cause players are paying for not just the game but in-game contents too including myself.

Don't be ridiculous This bug has existed since season 1 and has only gotten serious since season 6.
There have always been users who say this bug existed before.
You guys had enough time to fix it but you didn't fix it and got 3 weeks of time and about 400 bug reports before season 6 started and first patch but no feedback since the first mention.
What we were hoping for was not only to solve the problem, but also to know what the current state of the bug is and how it goes.
I've been checking the community every day for 3 weeks, looking for feedback, but nothing has been said, and when it hasn't been fixed after the patch, it feels like you're not fixing the bug.
Thank you for giving me good news after a long time, and I hope the bug will be fixed soon.

Hello, @BuNgLelove69, @mrkidben, and @JuNyNyN. Thank you for sharing your feedback.
We have actually been aware of the issue you mentioned even before Season 6. An example of this can be found in the thread linked here. This issue has also been discussed in threads from previous Seasons.
However, as those older Seasons have ended, we have closed and unpinned those threads to keep things organized and focused on the current active Season, hence why I created this thread (as you can see in the 1st page, 1st post, of this thread).
Unfortunately, some issues can be more complex than others, requiring additional investigation and resolution. It is also possible for issues to be addressed but then reappear due to unrelated causes.
Thank you once again for your feedback. I will make sure to pass it on.

Thank you for the feedback.
I understand the complexity of some issues, but this issue is not just a little one. Its a major issue that made the game unplayable. Its like I payed for a milk and when I open it the milk doesnt come out so I have to go back to the store and bring it back home again. JOKE.
I dont give a damn about skins and naked AI robots, this issue is BIG!
I really hope its going to be fixed for once in while. And please give some attention to PC players also, not just consoles.
PS: Please dont change the thread to solved when its not solved yet. Its just a statement that you guys are looking for a fix. We saw these kind of fixes in the past.

Yes this black screen bug really started after Season 6 for me , however I don't doubt other players have experienced it earlier than me.
It happens every time now and it necessitates me to CTRL ALT DEL and close the game from Task Manager and Restart the game from Origin or the Shortcut on my desktop .
It's real and it's a major bug and I don't know why it's taken so long to get a grip on. Surely the engineers at DICE can replicate this bug?
Hey if you cant replicate the bug hit me up in a message and i'd be more than glad to stream to you and show you what is happening. It would be worth mine and someone elses to fix this for everyone. I was playing tonight usually happened after every match. i played four in a row and was like man it's fixed. Spoke too soon PC player has been happening for a few seasons now. imma attach another dxdiag ..... This is like the 15th one. i'm telling you I would play more but this is really out of hand. We should be reimbursed for either our time or money. I could have been half way done with the battle pass by now or more.
- @mrkidben If i could give this post all the xp i've ever got I would. PC is where battlefield started. Without us there is no battlefield for consoles. Please listen.

I have in every battle black screen.I fix it almost to 90%, i only put DLSS in ULTRA PERFORMANCE!!!!...So i think the BLACK SCREEN is about memory grahps.Please text this.

I notice now that when i play on Portal servers i never have to restart the game.

Sadly I have to report the opposite, I play regularly on Portal Servers and have Black Screens after most rounds. ☹️

This forum here is EA’s forum and is where EA should conduct all their information and not on X “Twitter” ! It’s EA’s game not Elon Musk ! I don’t go to Ford for Chevy parts !

I had to laugh my butt off when I read my email this morning !
and thought EA isnt kidding “Dark Protocol” because the mission should be called “ Fix Black Screen Mission” !!!!! And nerve racking killswitch mode LMAO !!!!
