Spearhead graphics glitch

I started having the same issue last week. After running through all the usual suspects with no fix I realized I was only going back into Spearhead as I tested with solo/co-op. Thinking shaders or a number of graphical errors or settings I recently made to my network still, I tried every other map and didn't have this issue. PC, Rtx2070, Ryzen 5 7600x, 32gb ddr5 ram at 5200MHz, Internet connection stable, cleared cache, repaired game, lowered all graph settings to lowest and check NVCP for weird settings, manually removed nvidia driver and fresh reinstall. Funny thing is I have been waiting on this map to come up in Official matches like breakthrough and not once in a week. Over several hours of testing and having a similar purple pink overlay (though mine without all those lines and more of a watery shimmer of purple pink mix, I had one round I started with big map showing minimal color and mainly sections of water in game like below. Though that didn't last. 

Additional pics here. And possibly unrelated but tracking or moving view with mouse has a major choppy feel to it visually. No issue with xbox controller but don't have the issue with mouse on other maps.
