Re: S6 Patch on Steam: Game takes you back to Steam when trying to play

Game is not launching for me either. Attempted both running the game via Steam and the EA App directly. Uninstalled the EA App, validated files in Steam, cleared cache in EA App. Game still won't start. Worked fine before downloading the season 6 update in Steam.

Same problem here. Had the validation problem this morning, but that got resolved but the game simply won,t launch anymore. Did the hamburger thing, reinstalled the EA App, validated the steam files. It was working fine yesterday night a midnight before I installed the Season 6 patch.
