I have the same issue and I have fuc.king tried everything from this thread and nothing is helping. *.ing peace of shi.t support. They hire Indian autistic and reta.rded people to do the support job. I have payed for this game and I cannot even fu.cking start it. EA is a peace of shi.t. All I wan't is a solution and they cannot provide jack shi,.t.
